What is a DTF gang sheet?
A gang sheet combines multiple designs on one larger sheet of transfer film. It helps you use the printable
area efficiently and order multiple designs or sizes together.
What artwork file should I upload?
Upload a high-resolution PNG with a transparent background whenever possible. Build the file at the final
print size and use 300 DPI for best results. Avoid screenshots, blurry images and unwanted background pixels.
Which fabrics work with DTF transfers?
DTF transfers can be applied to cotton, polyester, cotton-poly blends, hoodies, workwear, tote bags and many
other heat-safe fabrics. Test specialty or heat-sensitive materials before a full production run.
Does Rush DTF offer local pickup?
Yes. Eligible orders can be picked up at Rush DTF in Morton Grove, Illinois. Select the available pickup option

How do I make DTF transfers last longer?
Follow the recommended time, temperature and pressure; peel as instructed; complete the finishing press; wait
