All products at Rush DTF are custom printed based on the artwork you provide. By submitting an order, you confirm that:
✅ You have the rights or authorization to use the designs you submit.
✅ Your submitted designs are print-ready (minimum 300 DPI, correct sizing, transparent background if applicable).
✅ You understand that we print files exactly as provided, and Rush DTF is not responsible for errors in the submitted design (including typos, low resolution, incorrect layout).
We reserve the right to reject any order containing offensive, illegal, or trademark-infringing content.
3️⃣ Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. Orders must be paid in full before printing begins. We accept payments through secure payment processors listed on our website.
4️⃣ Shipping & Delivery
✅ We ship orders via USPS, UPS, or FedEx (depending on customer selection or availability).
✅ Rush DTF is not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
✅ Shipping estimates provided at checkout are not guaranteed delivery dates.
5️⃣ Returns & Refunds
Please review our full Return and Refund Policy. Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final unless the item is defective or incorrect due to an error on our part.
