1️⃣ Website Use

By using the Rush DTF website, you agree to:

  • Use the website only for lawful purposes.

  • Provide accurate, complete, and current information when placing orders or creating an account.

  • Not interfere with, damage, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our website, servers, or systems.

Rush DTF reserves the right to refuse service, suspend accounts, cancel orders, or restrict website access at our sole discretion.

2️⃣ Custom Orders

Rush DTF specializes in custom DTF transfers, DTF gang sheets, and custom apparel printing. Because every order is produced using customer-supplied artwork, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • You own or have permission to use all submitted artwork, logos, trademarks, and designs.

  • Submitted artwork is production-ready and meets our recommended specifications, including 300 DPI resolution, correct sizing, and transparent backgrounds when applicable.

  • Rush DTF prints artwork exactly as submitted and is not responsible for:

    • Low-resolution images

    • Spelling or grammatical errors

    • Incorrect sizing or layout

    • Artwork submitted with transparency, color, or formatting issues

Rush DTF reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order containing unlawful, offensive, defamatory, obscene, or trademark-infringing content.

3️⃣ Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) and may change without prior notice.

Payment in full is required before production begins.

Rush DTF accepts payment through secure payment providers available during checkout.

Applicable taxes and shipping charges will be calculated during the checkout process.

4️⃣ Production, Shipping & Delivery

Rush DTF works hard to produce and ship orders as quickly as possible.

Orders may be shipped using:

  • UPS

  • FedEx

  • USPS

Estimated production and shipping times are provided for convenience and are not guaranteed.

Rush DTF is not responsible for:

  • Shipping carrier delays

  • Weather-related delays

  • Lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery

  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

Customers are responsible for verifying all shipping information before completing their purchase.

5️⃣ Returns & Refunds

Because all Rush DTF products are custom manufactured to order, all sales are final except in cases involving manufacturing defects or errors made by Rush DTF.

6️⃣ Intellectual Property

All website content, including text, graphics, photographs, logos, product images, videos, and other materials displayed on www.rush-dtf.com, is owned by or licensed to Rush DTF and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of any artwork or designs you upload.

By submitting artwork, you grant Rush DTF a limited, non-exclusive license to reproduce and use your files solely for the purpose of producing and fulfilling your order.

7️⃣ Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rush DTF shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from the use of our website, products, or services.

Our total liability for any claim related to a purchase shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.
