Shipping & Local Pickup Policy

Rush DTF ships custom transfers from Morton Grove, Illinois, throughout the United States. We also offer free local pickup and local delivery on qualifying rush orders.

Order Processing

Standard orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is received and print-ready artwork is approved. Artwork corrections or large orders may require additional production time.

Orders received on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day.

Production time is separate from shipping time. Your delivery timeframe includes both.

Same-Day Rush Orders

Same-day production and shipping are available for qualifying rush orders submitted with payment and print-ready artwork before 1:00 PM Central Time, Monday through Friday.

Please call (312) 409-0991 before placing a deadline-sensitive order to confirm availability. Availability depends on order size, artwork readiness, and production capacity.

Same-day shipping means your order leaves our shop that day. Arrival depends on the shipping service and destination.

Free Shipping & Local Delivery

  • Standard transfer orders over $50 qualify for free shipping.

  • Rush transfer orders include free shipping or free local delivery within eight miles of our Morton Grove shop.

Contact us to confirm local delivery eligibility and scheduling before ordering. Free shipping does not automatically include overnight or next-day delivery. Available expedited services and any additional charges are shown at checkout.

For orders that do not qualify for free shipping, rates are calculated at checkout.

Shipping Methods & Transit Times

We ship through UPS, FedEx, or USPS. Available services depend on your destination and package.

Estimated transit times after shipment:

  • Illinois and Midwest: 1–2 business days

  • East Coast and Southern United States: 2–4 business days

  • West Coast: 3–5 business days

These are estimates. Carrier delays, holidays, weather, and destination may affect delivery. Contact us before ordering if you need your transfers by a specific date.

Select Local Pickup at checkout. We will email you when your order is ready. Please wait for that notification before arriving.

Tracking & Delivery Assistance

You will receive tracking information by email after your order ships.

Check your shipping address carefully before completing checkout. If you notice an error, contact us immediately so we can attempt to correct it before shipment.

If your package is delayed, damaged, missing, or marked delivered but has not arrived, contact us with your order number. For damaged packages, keep the packaging and send photos so we can help investigate.
