At Rush DTF, we're committed to providing fast, reliable, and affordable shipping for custom DTF transfers, DTF gang sheets, and custom apparel printing orders. Based in Morton Grove, Illinois, we proudly serve customers throughout the Chicago area and ship nationwide across the United States. Whether you need same-day DTF transfers or standard production, we're dedicated to delivering your order quickly, securely, and on time.

1️⃣ Processing Time

✅ Standard orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been received and print-ready artwork has been approved.

✅ Same-day DTF production and shipping may be available for qualifying orders placed before our daily cutoff time. Please call (312) 409-0991 before placing your order to confirm rush availability.

✅ Orders received on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

2️⃣ Shipping Methods

Rush DTF ships using trusted national carriers to ensure your DTF transfers arrive safely and on time.

We currently ship with:

  • ✔️ UPS

  • ✔️ FedEx

  • ✔️ USPS (United States Postal Service)

The shipping carrier and delivery speed depend on the option selected during checkout and your delivery destination.

3️⃣ Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are automatically calculated during checkout based on:

  • Order weight

  • Package dimensions

  • Delivery destination

  • Selected shipping service

We work to provide competitive shipping rates for customers in Illinois, the Chicago metropolitan area, and across the United States.

4️⃣ Free Local Pickup

Rush DTF offers FREE local pickup for customers who prefer to collect their orders in person.

Simply choose Local Pickup during checkout. We'll send you an email as soon as your order is completed and ready for pickup.

Pickup Hours

Monday – Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Saturday: 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Local pickup is a convenient option for customers in Morton Grove, Chicago, Skokie, Niles, Glenview, Park Ridge, Des Plaines, and surrounding communities.

5️⃣ Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated shipping times are:

  • Illinois & Midwest: 1–3 business days

  • East Coast & Southern United States: 2–4 business days

  • West Coast: 3–5 business days

Delivery estimates may vary depending on the shipping carrier, weather conditions, and destination. Rush DTF is not responsible for delays caused by UPS, FedEx, USPS, or other circumstances beyond our control.

6️⃣ Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you'll automatically receive an email containing your tracking number.

If you do not receive tracking information within 48 hours after your shipping confirmation, please contact our customer support team and we'll be happy to assist you.

7️⃣ Shipping Issues

Rush DTF is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by shipping carriers

  • Lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery

  • Incorrect shipping addresses entered during checkout

Please verify your shipping address before completing your purchase. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately. We'll do our best to update the address before your package ships.

8️⃣ International Shipping

At this time, Rush DTF ships within the United States only.

If international shipping becomes available in the future, this policy will be updated accordingly.
