Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing Rush DTF. We take pride in producing premium custom DTF transfers, DTF gang sheets, and custom apparel printing with exceptional quality and fast turnaround. Based in Morton Grove, Illinois, we proudly serve customers throughout the Chicago area and ship nationwide across the United States.

Because every order is custom made specifically for each customer, please review our Return & Refund Policy before placing your order.

1️⃣ All Sales Are Final

All Rush DTF products are custom printed to order using the artwork provided by our customers. Because each order is personalized, all sales are final, and we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless there is a manufacturing defect or an error made by Rush DTF.

2️⃣ Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, contains a printing defect, or you receive an incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

To help us resolve your claim quickly, please provide:

  • ✅ Your order number

  • ✅ Clear photographs showing the issue

  • ✅ A brief description of the problem

After reviewing your claim, Rush DTF may, at our discretion:

  • ✔️ Reprint and replace the affected items at no additional cost

  • ✔️ Issue store credit

  • ✔️ Provide a partial or full refund when appropriate

3️⃣ Customer Artwork Responsibility

Rush DTF prints artwork exactly as submitted. Customers are responsible for ensuring all artwork is accurate before placing an order.

Rush DTF is not responsible for:

  • Low-resolution artwork resulting in poor print quality

  • Misspelled text or design errors contained within submitted files

  • Incorrect sizing or gang sheet layouts created by the customer

  • Color variations caused by RGB-to-CMYK conversion or monitor differences

For the best print quality, we recommend submitting artwork as:

  • 300 DPI

  • PNG with a transparent background

  • High-quality PDF or vector files when available

Providing production-ready artwork helps ensure the best possible results for your custom DTF transfers.

4️⃣ Order Changes & Cancellations

Because production begins quickly, orders cannot be canceled, modified, or combined once they have entered production.

If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us immediately after placing it. We'll do our best to accommodate your request if production has not yet started.

5️⃣ Shipping Issues

Rush DTF is not responsible for:

  • Shipping carrier delays (UPS, FedEx, USPS, etc.)

  • Lost or stolen packages after delivery has been confirmed

  • Incorrect shipping addresses provided during checkout

Please verify your shipping information carefully before submitting your order. If you discover an error, contact us immediately so we can attempt to update the address before your shipment leaves our facility.
