Thank you for shopping with Rush DTF. We take pride in providing high-quality DTF gang sheet printing services in Niles, Illinois, and nationwide across the United States. Due to the custom nature of our products, please review our Return and Refund Policy carefully before placing your order.
1️⃣ All Sales Are Final
At Rush DTF, all sales are final. Each order is custom printed specifically for you, and therefore, we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless the product is defective or incorrect due to an error on our part.
2️⃣ Damaged or Defective Orders
If you receive a product that is damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with the following details:
✅ Your order number
✅ Photos clearly showing the issue (damage, misprint, defect)

We will review your claim and if approved, we will either:
✔️ Reprint and resend the affected items at no additional cost
✔️ Issue a store credit or partial refund (if applicable)
3️⃣ Customer Design Responsibility
Please note: We print your designs exactly as they are submitted. We are not responsible for:
❌ Low-resolution artwork resulting in poor print quality
❌ Misspellings or design errors in submitted files
❌ Incorrect gang sheet layout or sizing issues from the customer
We recommend submitting 300 DPI PNG or PDF files with a transparent background to ensure the best print quality.
4️⃣ Cancellations & Changes
Orders cannot be canceled or changed once they have entered production. If you need to cancel or modify an order, please contact us immediately after placing it, and we will do our best to assist if it hasn’t yet been printed.
5️⃣ Shipping Issues
We are not responsible for:
❌ Delays caused by shipping carriers (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.)
❌ Lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery
❌ Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer
